Damien Duval-Filippi is a marine carpenter and woodturner. After solid training in the four corners of France, he wanted to return home to Prunelli di Casacconi.
His workshop is a vertigo-inducing experience! Scented woods and delicately crafted pieces are everywhere.
Together, we came up with little chestnuts turned from chestnut wood and dyed with carnauba wax!

As if they were still in their bugs, our Castagnucce come in threes! Plump and glossy, they look real and will grace your shelves all year round. Turned by Damien in his Art'è Legnu workshop in Prunelli di Casacconi, they're made from chestnut. It's a reminder of the life cycle that runs from tree to fruit... and from nature to culture!
