Three days to promote the ambition of food self-sufficiency in Corsica, and to draw inspiration from committed neighbors ready to help - Sardinians in particular. This year, we've chosen to focus on a magical product: flour! The basis of our diets, the symbol of the transformation of agricultural produce into food...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wheat flour, of course, with varieties of Corsican wheat that have all but disappeared here, but have been preserved in Sardinia - under the name of tricu cossu - but also, and of course, chestnut flour!
